SPARTAN  features non-stop, on demand, origin-to-destination travel service that is powered by solar energy.      The purpose of this blog is to document the progress of the 2017-2018 Graduate Design Studio of SIU's School of Architecture  as it works on development in San Jose, CA that incorporates the Spartan Superway system. The Studio, helmed by Professor Shannon McDonald , consists of seven Graduate Students, each tasked with developing different building designs based on the class Masterplan of San Jose. There will be periodic updates on this blog, sometimes from other individuals in the class about their progress.
